Do I have to be a member to wash to use the Tunnel?

No. You can simply turn up, touch the kiosk to start and  select a one-off wash.

How long does the Tunnel wash take?

Once you are on the conveyer, the wash takes approximately 5 minutes.

Can I vacuum after using the wash Tunnel?

Accepted Answer

Of course. You can go before or after - our vacuum bays are stationed along the tunnel exterior - simply turn right when you exit the tunnel and choose a bay.

Am I locked into a contract for the Unlimited Membership?

Not at all. It is a month to month subscription and you can cancel at anytime.

Can I wash all of my cars on the one membership?

Our Unlimited Club membership works off liciense plate recognition and therefore each vehcile requires its own membership. We recommend putting your most frequently driven car on a membership to get the best value and then bringing your other vehicles in for a wash when required ADHOC.

How long is the wait to enter The Tunnel?

It is approx. 1min per vehicle, so if you visit us and there are three cars in the queue, you can expect a 3 minute wait. - Pretty fast huh!

Can I transfer my membership to another vehicle?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! If you have sold your vehicle and purchased another or would like to gift your membership to a family member or friend while you are overseas for a month, just log into your account and select 'transfer membership'.

Do you have a referral system?

We do sure do! We like to call it 'Share The Fun' because that is what we are all about! Simply log into your account on our website, click 'share the fun' and enter your friends details. Once they activate their account we will thank you and your friend with two weeks FREE washing each!

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Of course! You can order gift vouchers from the comfort of your own home (or car) on this website - just click 'Shop > vouchers' and they will be delivered to your inbox within minutes, or pop in store and ask one of our friendly crew for a gift voucher.
